Should I start New Rules of Lifting for Women?

I still have about 30 to 40 pounds to lose. I'm wondering if I should get a little closer to my goal weight before I start.

Any suggestions?

    Start some sort of lifting routine now! NROLW is a great one! You want to preserve as much lean mass now as possible, it will keep your metabolism up, you'll be stronger, firmer and should have less 'loose' skin issues! Good luck!
