Why am I helpless when people bring in cake and donuts to work? On Friday I had both and was so mad at myself afterwards that I was miserable over the weekend. Any good strategy advise? I feel like I'm so up and down with my willpower!
I have severe osteoarthritis in both knees which makes it extremely hard to exercise. I swim at the Y once a week on the weekend, but otherwise, walking is very painful. I feel like I'm in a catch -22 - I need to exercies to lose weight, which would help my mobility, but I can't move! Any advice??
