Cheating?!?!?
I am sitting here enjoying my plate loaded with fresh veggies and I honestly feel like I am cheating! How awesome is it that I can eat SO many and still be well within my calories for the day?? LOVE it! Thinking about lunch? Have some veggies!!!!!!

Over in Protein & Fiber
I seem to be consistently over in the protein & fiber categories. For example, today my goal in Protein is 45g and I am at 76g, and in fiber my goal is 14g and I am at 26g. Is this a bad thing? The negative red numbers on my food diary are really stressing me out! haha

Hiding the scale!
I have decided that I am going to have my husband hide the scale for 2 weeks! I seem to be a little obsessed with weighing myself and questioning the number each and every time...I need to realize that the changes I am making are good ones and they will pay off (even if it takes some time)

Why am I not burning calories?
So, I go to the gym almost daily, and typically do 30 mins on the elliptical and 30 minutes on the tread mill or the bike. I push hard, make myself sweat! I enter my age and weight on the machines to measure the calories I burn, and at the end of an hour according to the machines I have only burnt around 300 calories…

Just wondering why I can't seem to find 30 day shred in the exercise database? Is it there? If not, any idea approximately how many calories I burn per 20 minute session on level 1? I am 23 years old, approx 195 lbs. Thanks :)
