  • Can anyone tell me how I should go about adding it to my work out log??
  • I just finished Day 1 and actually loved it! I was even able to do it with my kids still awake and running around, which was great! Really looking forward to seeing results in 30 days!
  • Oh awesome! I tried doing it back when I was 200 lbs and couldn't even last the first day. I am hoping now that I am in better shape to actually complete it. :) Just waiting on kids to nap, then I'll give it a try! :)
  • I am not really sure how pear shaped I am, but definitely have a larger bottom half than top half :P BEfore/after pic is in my profile!
  • Thanks guys :) I know I can do it, its just getting back into that healthy routine and out of the awful one I am in now. I can't stand to see the scale go up any higher!
  • Thank you for posting!! I am going to SCREAM if I see 157.4 on the scale for much longer! haha
  • I have a digital scale, and sometimes there is a small piece of dust/hair or whatever that gets stuck underneath that messes the sensors resulting in a smaller number on the scale :P
  • I want them SO bad but have managed to stay strong so far! They leave tomorrow and as soon as they do I am getting rid of all the junk. It doesn't help that I took today off from work so I feel the urge to eat out of pure boredom!
  • I did the Dukan diet for a few weeks. I lost about 7 lbs, but it wasn't worth it for me....I got really sick and had NO energy. My sister in law has been on it since January though and she has done great! Down nearly 50 lbs. I think the book is definitely worth buying...the websites out there tend to be a little bit more…
  • I have been loving the veggies lately! I don't really get a lunch break at work, so I bring a BIG tupperware container full of veggies and just chow down. Usually I am so busy that it takes me 1-2 hours just to finish eating them. I also really like wraps...one wrap with 4 slices of Schneider's Naturals Roast Turkey, some…
  • I had a spinach & hummus wrap and LOADS of veggies - yellow pepper, radishes, cucumber, carrots, avocado! YUMMMMMM
  • These shrimp tacos are AMAZING!!!!! http://www.redbookmag.com/recipefinder/shrimp-taco-warm-corn-salsa-recipe
  • I just seem to really enjoy high fiber foods...honestly, without chick peas and raspberries I think my diet would be DOOMED!
  • C25K looks perfect for me! I think it is a great place to start. Thanks so much everyone :)
  • This group of women spend all day taking their turns calling me to complain about something or someone. They are always very sweet and are always telling me how much they appreciate my work around here - but then they go around talking about how I am going to be 'quitting any day'. Ugh :(
  • Thanks so much ladies - I feel like such an idiot sitting here in my office crying, but I feel sick about it. I mean, I know I am out of shape but I didn't realize I looked that bad...I am so embarrassed. I knew the residents gossiped about each other but now that I am involved it isn't so easy to shrug off...I take my job…
  • Skinny AND smart....I hate her too ;)
  • I am thankful for being Canadian, so I don't have to struggle with not eating Thanksgiving dinner. Our Thanksgiving was last month ;)
  • Great Job!!!
  • I would loooove to be a member of this group! How do I go about it?
  • I made these the other night and they were AMAZING... http://www.delish.com/recipefinder/shrimp-taco-warm-corn-salsa-recipe
  • Thanks everyone. My sodium is always way under, so I don't think that is the problem. I guess I will try eating more calories, going harder at the gym and drinking more water. Hopefully when I do my weigh in 2 weeks from now I will be in the 180s. I did tell myself I was going to take it 10 lbs at a time...so 6/10 ain't…

  • Getting plenty of water! I have noticed my clothes fitting a little less tightly, which is what lead me to believe that I had lost a significant amount. I am wondering if because I am in the middle of my period it has maybe affected the scale? I don't want to try and make excuses, but can that make a difference?
  • I haven't stepped on the scale in 2 weeks, and have already decided to weigh myself every 2 weeks first thing in the morning. I guess it just feels like my weight just fluctuated like it always used to and that I haven't actually lost ANYTHING! I still have 33 lbs to go, so I am definitely not close to my target weight!
  • WOW! Sounds like everyone is eating yummy tonight! I think I have settled on this recipe...YUM! http://www.delish.com/recipefinder/shrimp-taco-warm-corn-salsa-recipe
  • Us women tend to get 'fat weeks'...usually happens about once a month ;)
  • Ok, drank a big bottle of water and some celery...feel stuffed! Considering 3 weeks ago I would have eaten an entire meal at this time of night (even after eating a full sized dinner), I don't think the celery will kill me ;)
