Plateau's are rough. This is why I normally pick a fitness related goal as my back up when the weight loss slows. Right now I am aiming to run for 15 minutes without a break (Just started running about 2 weeks ago - a couple times a week) Because I am getting married I have a wedding dress to be terrified of as motivation, I suggest finding another goal outside of the tape measure or scale that you can focus on when those two things don't co operate. I have been at a plateau bouncing between 160-162 for almost two months now, it is terribly frustrating but keep focused! :)!

I think I'm in my first "mini-plateau" after losing 6 lbs in the first two weeks, I didn't lose anything the 3rd week despite sticking with everything. I guess that initial weight was my water weight. So I'm definitely gonna read this article and figure out how to get to the next step. Thanks :)
