Bored at work - whats for dinner?

Work is slow this afternoon...boo. What is everyone having for dinner? I need some new low cal meal ideas! :)

    Chili, saltines, and a vegetable on the side. Been in the crock pot since 11 this morning! The smell has been teasing me all day. LOL! Just a half hour and it's mine!!

    I'm thinking Turkey Burgers...been marinating in EVOO and green onions and some different seasonings...SOOO good!!

  • Pork tenderloin is in the crockpot. Will bake some zuchini & squash and whole wheat mac n' cheese to go with it. Yummy :smile:

    veggies, brown rice, with a indian marsala sauce. I'm trying to think of a protein to add. Maybe a hard boiled egg.

    idk if its low cal, but i'm making fried potatos(no skin) and scrambled eggs. I have over 700 cals for dinner, so ima eat something i havent had in about 6 months! YUM! :happy:

    Homemade hamburger soup.....248 calories per 9oz serving, very filling! 18 carbs, 9 fat, 23 protein and 17 iron per serving. Sodium is 568 but still better than canned soups! I add hamburger, carrots, onion, chick peas and pot barley to mine. Love it!

    My son loves chicken pesto pasta....so I am making that....I had a Five Guys (little burger and fries) for lunch......so I am SOOOO over my calories for the day......so I will be having a salad.......

  • My new favorite = Grilled shrimp, pepper & onions w/ a touch of evoo & seafood magic seasoning. Brown rice, black beans & cilantro on the side.
