I seem to be consistently over in the protein & fiber categories. For example, today my goal in Protein is 45g and I am at 76g, and in fiber my goal is 14g and I am at 26g.

Is this a bad thing? The negative red numbers on my food diary are really stressing me out! haha

Going over in protein and fiber is more than okay!!!!! I'm seeing a nutritionist and she recommended that you eat the amount of protein you want to weigh....for example, if you want to weigh 120 lbs, you should eat 120 grams of protein.

As far as the fiber, as long as your body feels good, your intake is fine!!

Oh to be over in protein! As my diet is mostly plant based, it's not that easy for me. But no, I would think going over in protein and fiber is nothing to worry about, as long as you are eating healthy choices and exercising. Way to go!

I just seem to really enjoy high fiber foods...honestly, without chick peas and raspberries I think my diet would be DOOMED!

25g is actually what is the new recommended goal for women I believe. I changed my fiber goal in MFP when I started because I was already eating fibrous foods, and I felt good.
