    This week...

    I WILL get back on track!
    I WILL drink my water
    I WILL NOT drink more than 2 cups of coffee a day

    :) Back to basics for this week.

    ...aaaand I WILL NOT get back into the fast food habit now that my car is running again.

    On the puppy front...

    We're naming the little white one, Kollias, after one of my bf's favorite drummers. So, since that sounds kinda like Goliath, I was thinking about renaming Charlie and naming her after a goddess. Was thinking about Freya, the goddess of beauty, love and destiny. :)

    I don't even want to get on the scale tomorrow. My grandmother kept supplying me with cookies and ice cream and pie and jello salad and.... yikes! At least I have plenty of free time this week to work it all off again. And I'm not a huge Thanksgiving fan so that's not a huge worry. I'll have to go catch up on the end of last week and see how everyone is.

    I didn't do so bad last week though I did binge on pizza like two days in a row.

    Ok Thanksgiving week goals.

    I WILL drink all my water, everyday.
    I WILL workout BIG on days when I plan to have a feast. Lots of Zumba!
    I WILL have only one glass of wine on Thanksgiving. I find it easier to stick to my plans when I'm sober.

    Crossing fingers to get through this week with little change to the weight.

    Lucky fro me, Thanksgiving is more about family than the food. I think we're doing fajitas for dinner at my bf's parents because no one feels like doing the whole turkey thing. :laugh:

  • I actually did pretty good last week!! :D

    I will keep drinking 8 glasses of water of more per day
    I will keep exercising as much
    On thanksgiving I will not overindulge and workout extra so i stay within my calorie goal
    2.2!!! i can lose it!! 230's here I come!! :D

    this week i will:
    - enjoy myself on thanksgiving and eat mostly baked sweet potatoes, salad, and roasted veggies.
    - do the 30ds every day!
    - clean house.
    - log any leftovers.
    - try not to stress about my family and my boyfriend's family having thanksgiving together :noway:

    Change of plans... Charlie will be named Mackenzie. It's another scottish name so it goes well with Kollias.

    His mom and sister might be a little peeved because they wanted me to keep it Charlie, buuuuuut it's my puppy. :laugh:

    I like it! I wish I could have a puppy.

    My goals for this week: no sweets or fried food, workout as planned, and not go overboard on Thanksgiving.
  • YAY Week 13!!!!! I'm glad I had a loss (although I wish it were more...but compared to last week, I'll take it) and I am glad I am almost out of the 240's FOREVER. So my goals for this upcoming week:

    -Get at least 70 oz. of water a day
    -Stay within my calories everyday EXCEPT Turkey Day
    -Break the 230's by Turkey Day

    Great job everyone!!!


    This week my goals are:

    To NOT be afraid to eat anything on Thanksgiving, all about portions!
    To keep getting in my 12-14 glasses of water everyday.
    To conitune exercise as best as I can (new-ish tv and hubby can't figure out how to hook up the Wii and DVD player, no dancing or 30DS for me until then...)
    To have a loss greater than .6 of a pound this week, I did it last week, now hopefully I can keep that momentum going!!

    Waiting for my bf to get home so we can go running. Stinks that it gets dark so early now. I'm just hoping the rain holds off just a little longer.

    I'm so down tonight. I know it's part of the week before my TOM and stress from his surgery Wednesday and I just keep breaking down today. That and I've worked out ridiculously hard all week but still stayed the same. Which is a good thing I know but makes me feel like I'm busting my *kitten* for nothing. I'm whining, sorry.

    I will try to work out at least 5 days this week.

    I will try not to overeat because I am on vacation and I am visiting tons of family and friends.

    I will have a good Thanksgiving in moderation! Portion control!!!

    I will keep up my goal to exercise 5 days a week, although my knee is hurting so much at the moment!

    I'm feeling really flushed, and my head and eyes both hurt. I feel like I didn't get any sleep at all last night. I'm trying to be positive but I feel like this is the beginning of whatever sickness has been going around. It's been a looong time since I've been sick. I'm just hoping it waits until this 4 day weekend, because I can't afford to miss any work! Ugh. :sick:

    I ended up in bed before 7:00 p.m. with a wicked headache last night, I didn't even eat dinner and woke up this morning at 5:30.

    I need to get back on my workout train today. I haven't exercised since Friday!

    Wow week 13 already! Time is flying fast.

    Karen and Rach hope you get better soon or at least fend off the bugs going around. It's pretty much the same here.

    By next Monday
    I WILL break into the 150s
    I WILL train another 4 days this week.
    I WILL keep away from Starbucks even though it keeps calling out my name when I walk past - it's freezing here and is threatening to snow later this week.

    I didn't weigh-in yesterday because I didn't get a chance to weigh myself before I ate but when I weighed myself this morning I was down to 156. Woot!

  • I only have one goal this week. To get to work on time. When that happens all of the rest of it just seems to fall into place.
