I've had chronic depression my entire life. Now my husband is depressed as well. I need to be strong so that I don't drag us both down. I know exercise is the best thing. That and sunlight and water. But how do you motivate yourself?
I'd like some feedback on the product Almased. It gets such good reviews on Amazon makes me wonder if they are planted by the company. It is a fasting product, and I usually don't go for those. Still, would like some opinions.
