Just wondering, what is everyone's take on Weight Watchers compared to calorie counting/my fitness pal? Which one do you guys think is easier/produces better results?

Changing your starting weight
Hi guys! Does anyone know if we are supposed to change our starting weight every time we weigh in (if we have lost)? The only reason I wonder, is because your weight affects how many calories you consume per day, and since I'm weighing 11 pounds less, do I need to update this?? ..I'm so confused! Thanks all!

Slacking on the weekends
I usually don't count my calories as much on the weekends. I'm just wondering, has anyone else done this and still saw weight loss?

Junk food!
Hi! I'm just wondering, am I the only person who will eat junk food if I have the calories? Is that ok (considering that I stay under my calories for the day).
