  • Yup, I've never cut anything "bad" from my diet either. Just watch it though. Sometimes you allow yourself alittle, then alittle turns into a lot! Then before you know it, you'll be at a weight "standstill"!
  • I will definatly do that! Thank you so much for all your help! Thank you all for your support!
  • Yes I know! I have a food scale on Christmas list! Because I know that can take a huge toll on weight loss! I do try to be as exact as I possibly can with the food measurments...although, I do sometimes guess on how much..say 2 ounces of turkey is. Also, another thing I am getting is the heart rate monitor for exact…
  • No, I don't have a scale that measures body fat. I didn't know that such a thing was made! I changed my diary view so I think now it is public! Thank you guys for your help!
  • Yes! Be patient!
  • I thought the same thing, and I've lost about 13 pounds already. You will be surprised how it actually works. I sure was :) All the calories people consume a day...you don't realize how many calories are in some of the things that you eat when you dont look. It's shocking :D Stick with it! You will see results!! Good luck,
  • Yes, Nutella is DELIC!! I'm a totalll choco-holic, 24/7!!! My favorite is to spread 1 tbsp Nutella and 1 tbsp peanut butter on some whole wheat bread. It is the best!! Totally nails my choco cravings!! Or, sometimes I buy one dark chocolate bar, like Dove (considering you can work it into your calories for the day),
  • Dynamite - Taio Cruz Obsession - Animotion (haha I love that song!) Rihanna - SOS Kevin Rudolph - Let it Rock just to name a few :o)
  • BANANAS!!! they are loaded with resistant starch, a healthy carb that fills you up and helps to boost your metabolism.
  • Turkey burgers cooked on my George Foreman grill! Add fresh onions, ketchup, and a slice of reduced fat Kraft cheese... Yum!!
  • My #1 is the Fit and Active baked chocolate cookie 90 cal packs from Aldi! It really feels like you get alot of good snacking out that little pouch!! They are very yummy too:) I also like.. 100 calorie Nutter Butter bars Yogurt Special K Cracker Chips Special K Crisps Popcorn Cauliflower / carrots / grape tomatoes…
  • You know what I do to keep track of my calories.. I wear a pedometer! Most pedometers track steps, make sure you get one that also tracks calories and distance if you wish. I mostly power walk , Zumba, or jog to burn my calories. It works fantastic for me. I also set a timer, so I know exactly how long I have exercised!
  • Be patient!! I felt the same way, and I'm down 11 pounds in 1 month. A few weeks, I weighed in, and the scale did not budge! I was so discouraged!! I was told that when you start to work out, it takes a while for your body to adjust! Just give it time! Be patient, and keep drinking water! Don't get discouraged to easily!…
  • Me too. Chocolate = yuuuuummm x 1 million around that time!!!!
  • Phew! I'm glad that I am not the only one who splurges! Thanks for sharing those recipes! They sound awesome!!
  • Yes, the lemon helps! Just be sure not to put the peel in your water or wash the outside of the lemon well, because it can be dirty and full of germs.
  • I squeeze 1/2 of a fresh lemon in my water. It is refreshing and really makes it taster better!!
  • I agree! That would be good motivation for me as well. You are doing so amazing!! 53 lbs lost!! Oh my gosh, good for you!! Keep it up!!
  • Oh thank you all! It's so nice to get everyones opinions! I think I am going to stick with MFP, as I easily get frustrated with point counting and all (Of course I'd like to save money too !! ;) )! This is by far the easiest program ever. Thank you all! :)
