Does anyone know why MFP shows I still have fat calories left, but I am in the minus with mono and polyunsaturated fats? Saturated is the worst, yet I am minus for the other type. Why??? Thanks if you can help.

Why does My Fitness Pal have that my goal for the category Fats is for me to eat 21 grams of saturated fats a day, and no polyunsaturated or monounsaturared fats? I thought we should be staying away from saturated fats and go for the other two. Help????

I read today that we should limit our added sugar intake to around 10% of total calories or even to a limit of 100 calories. Anybody know how to figure out the calorie content of the sugar in something when the label lists it in grams. Thanks for any help. I am a sugar freak and could probably lies easier if I gave it up,…
