Odd but Yummy Sweet Potato
I wanted to try something new on top of my sweet potato and since I was eating it as a meal I wanted some protein........ I heated up the potato and put one wedge of Laughing Cow Light Swiss Cheese on it then topped with one cup of black beans with cajun seasoning on them. Sweet, Creamy, and a little Spicy!

I am a "as needed" nurse tech which requires constant walking, frequent lifting and turning of patients, and I rarely sit. For instance I worked for 8 hours today and probably sat a maximum of 1-2 hours. that means I did around 6 hours of moving (mostly walking). Should I record this in my exercise log? Uneven arms
My left arm is noticeably more flabby than my right. It lacks muscle tone and jiggles alot! I am right handed so I expect my right arm to be somewhat bigger, but not by this much! Does anyone else have this problem? Does anyone have a solution? Should I do more reps on my left arm than my right? Any feedback is appreciated.
