  • Orgain is delicious! You can get it cheapest on Amazon but its also available at Walmart and target. I mix it with almond milk. And sometimes will put it in a blender with almond milk, PB powder, and a frozen banana 😋
  • Breastfeeding my 7month old and have an almost 4yr old. Goal right now is to lose 10lbs and tone up. I have alot more than 10 to lose but I starting small. I have a sweets problem 😭
  • Also, you can add breastfeeding in as a "food" if you wanted to instead of an exercise. Just type in breastfeeding and find one that is -500 calories.

  • I'm 8 months PP and have not lost any weight since leaving hospital! I also breastfeed and I am just now deciding to get serious about losing weight.   • Dinner usually. I can get away with mostly healthy and lower calorie bfast and lunch because I'm away from hubby. But dinner is usually not as healthy and more calories. He is a picky eater

  • I cut up a granny smith apple and use the greek yogurt as a fruit dip. The sweet apple goes nicely with the yogurt, and I only like the Fage 0% greek yogurt. Not a fan of the other brands

  • You can mash them! They are wonderful. It takes longer to cook sweet potatoes than white potatoes. I think the best way to mash would be to probably bake them. Then the skin peels right off and just mash. But Idk i've never mashed them. I assume you could boil them too. They are great with butter and cinnamon and sugar.…

  • Use a reduced fat graham cracker crust and put sugar free lemon jello in it...I think there is actually a recipe on the box for lemon pie. Top with light whip cream!
  • Vodka and Diet sprite! Add a splash of cranberry juice for some flavor if you want. Vodka and Tonic is always a good go to.
  • Do you use instant coffee grounds? Seems like it would be gritty if you used regular ones.
  • There is no substitution for real Ranch!! Try using less by putting it on the side, dip your fork into the ranch, then pick up the salad with your fork. I didn't think this trick would work, but it definitely does. You get the ranch taste in every bite, but use WAY less!

  • As long as you clean it after working out I don't see a problem with continuing your workouts. Be sure and use an antibacterial soap. I just used antibacterial hand soap to clean mine and then kept it moist with fragrance free clear petroleum jelly.

  • Someone recently told me that their doctor told them cinnamon will increase their metabolism and help fight belly fat. You can buy cinnamon supplements or add it into your diet daily. I'm not sure if this is true, but I bet it is something google could answer for you!
