Uneven arms

My left arm is noticeably more flabby than my right. It lacks muscle tone and jiggles alot! I am right handed so I expect my right arm to be somewhat bigger, but not by this much! Does anyone else have this problem? Does anyone have a solution? Should I do more reps on my left arm than my right? Any feedback is appreciated.

I'm right handed as well and playing sports with a dominant hand will obviously show, but I work them both equally. My logic is that, even if it seems that my right arm may be stronger than my left and have an easier time lifting or working a certain amount of weight, my left arm has to work twice as hard just to catch up. So eventually, they may be able to be as close to the same size as possible, though no one is perfectly symmetrical.

I understand your problem. I was just looking at my arms today and noticed that my left arm has alot more skin flapping around than my right. I couldn't believe it. I am glad that I am not the only one.

I guess it does make sense that my weak arm will eventually catch up when you put it like that! Thanks

I took measurements of both arms yesterday and noticed this too. I work them equally because my right gets more use I expected this.

If you do weights, just do one extra set with your weaker arm. They'll even out soon.
