Almost always dinner.0

I try to stay under 2000 calories, but sometimes my evening snack ends up bigger than my dinner in terms of calories. I've learned that I need to eat a very light lunch and I try to delay my dinner so it becomes my evening snack.

Dinner. I hate going to bed hungry. So I a lot at least 500 calories for the evening.0

I found that if I don't eat enough at lunch and my snack in the afternoon I am starving by dinner which causes me to overeat. I have learned from it and make lunch and breakfast the same amount, but have a larger snack after lunch so I don't overeat at dinner.0

I prefer to save my calories for the evening, but lunch usually ends up being my biggest meal. It's because I'm away from home all day (work/school) and I don't like to carry around a lunch bag so I usually end up eating lunch out. And I'm on a budget... cheap + eating out = high calorie lunch.
For dinner, breakfast, and snacks I can cook at home so those end up being lower.0 -
always dinner
it's also a way to finish decently a day0 -
"breakfast" = 0-200kcal
lunch = 300kcal
dinner = 600-800kcal
after dinner snacks = 1000-1500kcal
total of 2,500-2700kcal0 -
On working days, it is a small lunch and a relatively early larger dinner.
On weekends and holidays , it is usually larger lunch, smaller dinner.0 -

Depends on the day. The nights I have Krav Maga I eat a heavy lunch and a lite dinner after class. Normal days light lunch and heavy dinner after my workouts.0

Dinner (evening) has always been my biggest meal. It's really the only time I eat and consider it a "meal".0

Dinner usually. I can get away with mostly healthy and lower calorie bfast and lunch because I'm away from hubby. But dinner is usually not as healthy and more calories. He is a picky eater0
