After seeing a post yesterday about overnight oats I decided to try and experiment with it on my own.
I made peanut butter overnight oats last night and I am eating it for Breakfast right now!

1/2 cup Quick Oats
1Tbs of Better N Peanut Butter (or regular peanut butter but the calorie content would be more)
2Tsp Brown Sugar
1/3 Cup Almond Milk Coconut Milk Blend (this is what I had in the fridge you can use whatever milk you want just adjust the calories)

Mix all ingredients in a jar, or bowl, or air tight container, cover and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning its ready to eat! I added a sliced banana to mine, but you can add fruit, nuts, or just eat it the way it is.
This recipe makes One serving and contains 270 Calories, 6 grams of fat, 8 grams of protein, 47 carbs
