Okay here is my deal. I workout in the morning for at least 45 min to 60 min. After my workout I am pumped up and can't stop moving. But I can't find a workout that can get rid of need to move move move. So should I up my time with one workout. I workout at night too for 30-40min and I don't feel like this. And no I am not…

New to the healthy life
I am wondering if on weekends we should "rest" our bodies or treat it like the rest of the days of the week. I am getting some advice to not workout for at least 2 -3 days and others saying yes keep going. My plan was to still work out but just lower impact and no weights... HELP thanks

Anyone else have trouble keeping daily vitamins down?
I have had this issue my whole life. My doctor said try with food, it doesn't make a difference. I have tried at all hours of the day and I still get ill from them. Durning all my pregnancies it was worse :( Anyone have any ideas? Does anyone use the gummy kinds? Help! Thanks
