Best way to bump up your lifting workout?
What is the best way to bump up your lifting workout? I never do things in the same order because I get board but when I find that what I'm doing isn't super challenging what should I do? Should I add more weight or more reps? Does it even matter as long as it is a challenge?

Protein Shakes?
Are protein shakes really necessary if you lift? I have heard they are a must & like wise I have heard they are unnecessary to get protein in your daily diet. Are those sold at GNC really worth the extra expense as opposed to those more than half the price at Walmart?

How do you figure out how much protein you need? I lift 3 times a week and shockwave 3 times a week.

Need a Boost
I am stuck. I have tried many suggestions on how to get out of a plateau without success. I am fatigued and defiantly getting discouraged. Is there a supplement to give me a boost or do I just wait it out?

Been doing Zumba 4 times a week starting in late Jan. What should I add to that? No real weight loss to speak of but I do feel better & have lost inches.
