Can you recommend a good low carb protein bar -
with no malitol, and preferrably that I can buy at a store (not order online). I've found some online but I really want to be able to buy one and try it before I fork out the money for a case. Tell me what you've found :) Thanks!

At lunch today a coworker was eating while standing and talking and someone asked her why she didn't sit. She said that eating standing up is supposed to lead to much better digestion and absorption of nutrients.... Anyone heard this? Any merit to it? Just curious.

But not the "oh no I gained weight but it might be TOM question" :) I get sick EVERY STINKING MONTH from October to April right before TOM. Sore throat, congestion, just feel awful. So why bother lifting?
If you can't build muscle in a calorie deficit if you have a significant percentage of body fat, is there any benefit to me lifting right now?
