Sorry, I don't have the patience today to sift through all the old running topics. I now run mostly 6 days/week. Anywhere from 2-6.5 miles a day. Been putting in 30-35 miles per week. Should I rest more than one day a week? I've improved to a 53 min 10k and a 24 min 5K. I'd like to go faster, what's reasonable for a 52 yr…

NSV (Non scale victory)
I've been walking/running to help get in shape since about June. My family likes to do 5K runs/walks. When I first started I was walking around 47 min per 3.1 miles. Tonight I ran a 23:54 5K. I'm training for a 5K on Oct. 29th. Guess I'll have to come up with a new goal

Getting there!
Started a challenge with my family on June 1 and ending tomorrow (Pepperfest 5K). One goal was to walk/run 340 miles. I walked/ran 431. Refocus
I started up here in January. Lost a few lbs but then lost my focus. I continued to exercise but just didn't work on my eating. But now I'm trying to refocus and get back on track.
