Refocus

I started up here in January. Lost a few lbs but then lost my focus. I continued to exercise but just didn't work on my eating. But now I'm trying to refocus and get back on track. I will eat healthier and watch my portions and continue to exercise by running, walking, biking, Wii fit, and use videos. I have a goal to reduce significant weight by the end of August. It's an aggressive goal, but I need that to get me going. As long as I'm making good decisions and moving in the right direction, that's all I really care.
