Started a challenge with my family on June 1 and ending tomorrow (Pepperfest 5K). One goal was to walk/run 340 miles. I walked/ran 431. My other goal was to lose 20 lbs.....I have lost 18.8. 1.2 to go. 11 1/2 weeks to lose 20 lbs doesn't sound too bad, but I must admit I didn't really do it the right way this week. I wanted to get close to my goal or hit it, so I haven't really eaten enough this week. I will get back to better habits after tomorrow.
New family challenge starts tomorrow and goes through October until the Monster Dash 5K in Minneapolis. We haven't set a mileage goal yet, but I want to lose another 10 lbs in those 10 weeks.
