Anxiety after wrong dye in box is really effecting me, all fitness motivation lost

6 months,42lbs and weightlifting
So this is not exactly a success story yet but I have come a long way. I started with a personal trainer back in august 2015 at 18st 11lb and began to lift weights and follow a high protein plan and as of February 2016 I have lost 42lbs. I'm a long way from finished but weight loss is a journey.

two scales two weights????
I just bought my first electronic scale and there is a weight difference of 8lb compared to my old scales. I'm a bit miffed to have gained 8lbs in seconds, lol. which do I trust??
