green smoothies and liquid meals (2 a day)

I have been eating two liquid meals a day for the past 2 weeks and it really does work (lost 2 and a half kilos in the past forghtnight). anyways just thought i would share this and a few gree smoothie recipies

kiwi green smoothie

2 kiwis
1 banana
1/2 of a cucumber
1/2 cup of broccoli
400ml of water


blueberry and grape green smoothie

1/2 cup of blueberries
1/2 cup of grapes
1 banana
3 celary sticks
1/2 cup of spinach
400ml of water


blend it all up in your smoothie maker or food processor.
I know it sound yuk but it really does take amazing, one of the best smoothies ive ever had.
