Basically, I asked if people had tried this diet and what it was like for them. I did not, however, ask for people's opinions on a diet they had never tried nor diet advice. I feel carnivore would be a sustainable diet choice for myself as I am looking to reduce inflammation and depression as well as lose some weight while…

I tried to remove the plug to pull it out but the casing was cracked. I got a new one.

wow!! I bet your magical suck it up wand can wipe away my social anxiety and BPD. Seriously, when people come online looking for support it is rather self riotous of you to think I only suffer from "first world" problems as you put it. I'm looking for advice on how others cope with these things not a slating.

yes, sadly it is real.

To answer your question I was electrocuted by a freezer, I dropped peas and got zapped when I pulled it out. That was the week before the hair. I know I'm ranting but it's just been one thing after another  I'm a student and money is tight so I can't afford to get it fixed until next Thursday. Thank you for the…

I was in and out of hospital for three days and still can't move two of my fingers properly. Can only do legs. I've not been eating rubbish but everything just feels at a stand still. How do you perk up?

make your calories count by macro counting. set your calories to 1500 with 50% protein, 25% carbs and 25% fats, this really helped me out when I first started off and I lost 12lbs in 25 days. Remember carbohydrates turn to glycogen which is stored in the muscle and when the glycogen stores over flow it is converted into…

It's crazy how off scales can be!! I feel they really should be accurate to 2lbs.
-
Update-- so I used a 12kg kettle bell to test the scales. the analogue was -5lb off and the digital was +3lbs off. They have now been reset to the correct weights. Thank you for the idea of weighing something.
-
I'll maybe try the scales at boots and see which is closer.

you need to start weighing everything out correctly and using the correct brands for calorie content. log everything you put in your mouth. I'm doing 1,200 calories as well so have a look at my diary if you like. I've lost 13lbs in 5 weeks but I probably have a lot more to loose than you.

green tea is good but oolong tea is better for boosting the metabolism and aiding in weight loss. oolong tea is about 3 times more effective or so I've read and it has been working for me :)

you should be counting fat content as well as calories and try to keep it low to loose weight more effectively. try to get eating healthy again i know its hard and temptation is everywhere. it could also be that your body is used to your workout so you might need to switch it around a bit
