advice much appreciated
Ok so I'm 5'9 148lbs and have lost a little over 20lbs since having my son. I workout 5 times a week and eat about 1500-1700 calories a day. My huge problem is the lower belly fat...it wont go away no matter what I do. As anyone else had this problem and if so can you share with me what I could do? Thanks!

i ordered and downloaded the 8 week fitness blender plan about 2 weeks ago. ive been doing it almost everyday as well as a change in my diet and running 2 miles 1-2 times a week. the videos for the plan are so challenging and awesome! does anyone do their workouts??? pointers advice success stories would be good to know!!!…
