fitness blender!!!!!

i ordered and downloaded the 8 week fitness blender plan about 2 weeks ago. ive been doing it almost everyday as well as a change in my diet and running 2 miles 1-2 times a week. the videos for the plan are so challenging and awesome! does anyone do their workouts??? pointers advice success stories would be good to know!!! thanks!!

    I started Week 5 of the first 8 Week Program today. I'm feeling so much stronger and more toned than I did when I started! I love the variety. I usually get so bored with workout videos. I already plan to continue on to the next 8 Week Program when I finish this one up.
