I am a 27 year old female who is trying to get in shape! I currently weight about 153lbs and am 5'9. I'm currently doing an 8 week workout plan and so far its going ok except I get very nauseous during the workouts. Probably because they push you hard! Anywho, I am married and have a baby boy who's turning 1 on the 24th. A lot of people tell me I dont need to lose weight but the reason why I'm doing this is because Im a stay at home mom and I dont want to just sit around all day. I'mtrying to eat better and stay active. Any advice or opinions would be appreciated! Thanks!
