I am starting the 30 day shred today and I was wondering what you usually put in for tracking. I don't have a HRM yet so I'm curious what I would put it in as.

Not losing weight
I just had a question regarding my last few weeks of weight loss, or lack there off. I had been losing a pound a week for a few weeks and then MFP changed my calorie count and I haven't been able to lose anything since. I was wondering if I wasn't eating enough calories? Is there any way of adjusting it manually?
