I have trouble with breakfast as well because I'm allergic to eggs. I'm getting pretty sick of cereal. So this morning I tried a toasted english muffin with a wedge of lite laughing cow cheese, two pieces of turkey bacon and cucumber. It was really good.

Maybe try cutting the amount in a half. I used to drink coffee with 2 cream and 2 sugar. I started cutting back to 1 cream and 1 sugar and than just one cream. Now all I have is a splash of milk. I ordered a coffee recently and they gave me 2 cream 2 sugar and I had to throw it out. You might just have to wean yourself off…

I'm actually experiencing the exact same thing. I've been do the doctor and have had an ultrasound on my gallbladder which they didn't find anything wrong and some blood work which was fine. I have a really good video that has a mixture between the two. It's called Yogalates. I really enjoy it. I also do a straight Yoga as well.
