I've been thinking of starting this program but I usually like to use the treadmill for an hour, I was thinking of doubling it up, so basically doing it twice in a row. Has anyone done this?

i think if you did it outside and separate from your treadmill regimen you would be challenged.

If you feel ready... Go For it! C25K is an excellent program that helps many people become runners.

But instead of just using the treadmill... why don't you run one set outdoors to mix up your routine. Running outside for most people is a harder workout (no belt pushing you along... it's all on you to do the work!)

Cheers to you for working hard!

I would rather run outside to be honest but I think it would be difficult to time it or judge distance.

Mapmyrun.com is an excellent site for premapping runs.

Personally I use a Garmin GPS watch.... But then I 've been running for a few years.

If you are using an Ipod, you can download the C25K Podcast which will tell you when to run and when to walk.
