Meal Plan Needed please....
Hello fellow keto eaters....I was wondering if someone, who has been losing weight, could send me a sample of their meal plan for the week. I'm eating the way I should but I'm not really losing weight...help please.

Difficulty not going over my protein while getting enough fat
so I'm tracking everything but I always seem to be under my fat and over on my protein. I'm not sure how I can get more fat without upping my protein (I refuse to eat butter by its self). Any suggestions?

Gained weight after my wedding and need to get back on track
So after 2 years of dieting I lost 75 pounds for my wedding on June 21, 2014 but have gained 50 pounds since. My self confidence has definitely dropped since but it's enough with the self pity and it's time to get back on track. I've decided to watch what I eat and start working out...small steps towards big changes!
