Gained weight after my wedding and need to get back on track

So after 2 years of dieting I lost 75 pounds for my wedding on June 21, 2014 but have gained 50 pounds since. My self confidence has definitely dropped since but it's enough with the self pity and it's time to get back on track. I've decided to watch what I eat and start working out...small steps towards big changes!

Your intentions were extrinsic for weight loss. When they become intrinsic, then you'll do much better at keeping the weight off.
Calorie deficit on an eating plan you can do for life. Exercise for health and to burn off some calories so you can eat more (but still stay in calorie deficit).
