Tips for shoulder pain
I have had problems with my left shoulder hurting since before I began working out. I have beginning arthritis in my neck and mild scoliosis, so I think these two things might be the culprit. However, lately my shoulder is constantly sore. Any good exercises for stretching this muscle out?
