I want to push myself to lose 50 pounds by New Year's and thought some of you might want to set a goal for yourself as well. I was thinking we could start on November 1st and check in weekly through December 31st. Your goal doesn't have to be weight loss. It could be exercise time, etc. Any takers?
Just curious: How often do you weigh in? If it's more than once a week, does it help you keep yourself on track?
