ok so after my workout I have 848 calories left to eat...but I am not hungry. Is it bad to leave that many calories out of my diet?

fat burners?
I was wondering if anyone knows of any safe fat burners? I am losing weight but would like a little extra help. I have hypothyroidism so I want something that's not going to mess with that. Thanks :)

Thyroid is making it hard to lose!
Does anyone else have this problem? I have hypothyroidism and it seems like I work and work and work and I can't lose weight. I always end up quitting because of this. Anyone have any suggestions? I want to do it this time SOOO bad!!!!
