I just started zumba 2 weeks ago! I love it!! I am addicted. i have lost 2 pounds since starting it, but also eating very healthy. I looked up the calories burned and you can burn anywhere from 500 to 900 calories in an hour!! it just all depends what you put into it! Glad you like it :happy:

I would be one who just posted a topic about it. Sorry if you find if annoying but I am new at this whole dieting thing and watching my calories so I need help with it. I thought that's why we were all here..to help each other.

Yea it is a lot more than I thought it was! I feel like I am eating a good amount and snacking throughout the day I just can't seem to get to my right calorie amount. And I am full after eating, I never feel hungry.

I ate healthy all day and was almost too my 1200 calories but with zumba I burn 500 or more calories so it really brings me down. I even had snacks all day lol.

Good for you!!! I know what you mean...except mine was with McDonalds! I love that I am feeling full on half the food and much healthier food :) Keep it up!!

yea I don't think I would want to take that. I guess I was more curious than anything. I actually am too much a chicken to probually try anything lol!!

I'm fine with doing my workouts. I actually enjoy everything i am doing! I have fun with it. I just don't know very much about them and was wondering, I do realize nothing is 100 percent safe. I should have said that differently.

I would never unless I knew it was 100 percent safe. I don't know if such a thing exists, just checking. I will stick with my regular workouts :)

I'm under 5'..4'11" lol at 129 right now. lost 8 pounds so far! yay! If someone would just stretch me I would totally be my perfect weight LOL!

I have Jillians 30 day shred and no more trouble zones and I love it! She's tough but it works great!! I have turbo jam too which is more punches and kicks..alot of fun also!!

I went to a class! it is a BLAST!!!! I can't wait for the next one! I have never sweat so much in my life but it was so much fun!!! I totally recommend it!!!!

down 6 pounds since I started! my food intake has changed dramatically so I think that has a huge part in it but sooo happy!!! and Jillian is kicking my *kitten* everyday and I am LOVING it!!!!

Funny I just started it again today too!! i did it about 6 months ago for 30 days straight and lost inches and about 10 pounds. it works!!!

yea your levels aren't too bad! but the pills will totally help! I wish my levels were that close to normal! it must be helping looks like you are having great results!!

thanks for the tip! I have been drinking TONS of water but salty stuff is my weakness :ohwell: I will def have to get rid of that lol!!

I am now on .088. My level seems to never get normal. It was at a 13! then a 6 and now at a 10 again.

I just went to the dr again to have them checked and they upped my dose again because it was off. Hoping this will help!! It's frustrating lol!

I'll join! I need help and motivation. I always start but end up quitting because I feel like I don't get results I want. I have been having problems with my thyroid so losing weight is hard.
