Finished up D5L2 friday, really have to get back to it tonight, but after the weekend off it seems so daunting. Like to finish up the last 5days this week so I can start L3 saturday morning!!!!

Never did my D6L2 last night....needed an extra recover day (not from working out but from my booze heavy weekend :laugh: )
Back at it tonight and going to do the next 15days straight!!

It's not too bad. But what I'm not keen on is the third circuit cardio section. It sure tires me out. It's continous jumping. ><0

Funny I just started it again today too!! i did it about 6 months ago for 30 days straight and lost inches and about 10 pounds. it works!!!0

D7L2 tonight!
I was alittle easier last night, I suppose.....I didn't start dripping with sweat until the second circuit :laugh:
I have moved up to 5lbs weight for some of the back/bicep exercises, but I am still having trouble with the v squat thingys, I can only do 2lbs.
The pendalium legs movements are almost impossible for me to get.....
Level 2 has really started to do a number on my bad knee.....
What's level 3 like???0 -

not sure I can say I've enjoyed level 20 -
D6L3 done!! I wouldn't say that L3 is easy because it's slightly harder and you get to do some of the moves you do in L1 with the weights like for example, jumping jacks, punching, butt kicks, but that's in circuit 2 in the cardio. But I quite enjoy that. It's just the third circuit cardio section I'm not too keen on. ^^0

I am so excited to have to do level 2 only 3 more times :laugh: I know I've said it before but I HATE it!! It kills me and I actually feel like I'm not working as hard as I could in Circuit 3 weights because I know cardio and abs are plank exercises and my arms hurt!!! :ohwell: But tonight I am going to give it my all!!!0 -
Did Day 8 yesterday, Level 2 that is...and am convinced I will do Day 9 tonight and finish level 2 tomorrow! Then its away for the weekend to my family reunion and starting with level 3 on Monday! Almost there, I can't believe how hard it is to commit to something for 30 days straight!0
