1 slice of bread a day?
Will eating 1 slice of burgen soya linseed bread a day affect weight loss? I've heard that carbs like bread, potatoes and pasta prevents weight loss...but surely wouldn't moderation be the key? I don't really want to give up bread... I usually have it with cottage cheese for breakfast anyways!

How to lose inches?
For the past month or so, I have been trying to lose weight.. So far i've gone from 160 to 132, but I've only seem to have lost 1 inch of my thighs and 2 inches of my hips.. how can I lose more inches? I eat 1200 calories a day and work out 1-3 times a week.
