I've lost weight but not inches?

Hi, this is my first forum, so yeaaaah...
In February this year, I weighed myself and i was 74kg (163lbs). I was extremely unhappy and so decided that I needed to change my diet and get more active. For the first few weeks i would exercise but i never really changed my diet, shortly after i gave up anyways and went back to my old routines. I also had exams as well which put a halt to my exercising as i was more focused in studying. After the exams (June) I decided to get back on track. I re downloaded MFP on my phone and counted calories as well as trying to get some exercise and drinking plenty of water, i never really weighed myself before though so i didn't know how much I weighed when i decided to go back on this healthy routine. Now today, i decided to measure myself and i am now 60kg (132lbs). However, i haven't seen any physical changes? I've only lost 2 inches around my thighs and that's about it, I've only gained a little muscle on my legs as well.. the only cardio I do is jogging for about 20/30 minutes 3/4x a week, i don't really do any strength lifting/weights. I also eat between 1200-1400 calories a day. My eating habits haven't been perfect, I have binged like 1/2 times, but I have a feeling that most of the weight i've seemed to have lost must be water weight or maybe i'm losing musle as I haven't seen any physical changes... I think i really just need to lower my body fat percentage, but i have no clue how too?

If you went from 160 to 130, you lost inches. Perhaps check out some before/after pics, if you have those.0

I would guess either your measurements are wrong or you have lost muscle but kept more body fat which would make you look bigger than you should be.0
