muffin top
It seems like no matter how much weight I lose I can't seem to get rid of my muffin top, even in pants that literally fall off of me. Anyone have suggestions on how to ditch the muffin & get that area toned?

can someone explain to me why I cannot satisfy my thirst. I am drinking several liters of water a day & am still dying of thirst. & by several liters I am talking about 4 or 5 liters of water a day & still being thirsty when I go to bed & sometimes waking up in the middle of the night to get a drink of water. Any thoughts?
