can someone explain to me why I cannot satisfy my thirst. I am drinking several liters of water a day & am still dying of thirst. & by several liters I am talking about 4 or 5 liters of water a day & still being thirsty when I go to bed & sometimes waking up in the middle of the night to get a drink of water. Any thoughts?

sounds like you might be a diabetic. But then I am no doctor. But I would def get it checked out!0

Not to be a doomsday prophet, but excessive thirst is most definitely linked to diabetes. Have you ever been tested? We had my 3-year-old tested when he was 2 b/c he was drinking water non-stop all day. He turned out to be OK but the Dr. said that excessive thirst is a warning sign of diabetes.0

Could be diabetic or dehydrated. Have a popsicle and see if you are still thirsty. if yes, then make an appointment with the doc to see if you are diabetic.0
