what are these "macros" that everyone talks about?
What are Macros? Also I've figured out that the numbers in red mean that you've gone over, is it ok to go over on some things (ie protein) and be under in others (ie fats)? or should I try to be aiming at 0 for all?

Surprised and confused
I've been on MFP for only 5 days now and I have lost 2lbs already! Is this really possible? is it just water weight? can this keep going like this??
