If there are any canadians out there on this (I'm sure there are) please add me, because I'd love some canadian support on here!! makes me feel closer to the people struggling with the same things as me!

    I am definitely Canadian and very proud to be Canadian. I have ALOT of weight to lose. I do know that my goal of 150lbs may be a little of the pie in the sky. We will start and continue here and see what happens. Is anyone else a shift worker. I work at a hospital and I have some nasty rotations.

    Oh, and I am in the South Okanagan. British Columbia.
