Hi all, I've had my FitBit since April and am managing to stay motivated with the help of it and MFP. Just one question. FitBit gives me on average 1,000 cals a day for my exercise and MFP gives me 1,200 my TDEE is estimated at 2,135 (using FitnessFrog) So am I allowed 1200 or 1200 plus exercise cals or 1500 or so to allow…
