Beer- St Pats Day
Hello, Is it ok to have a good time on St. Pats day without blowing everything Ive worked on in a diet. Can I drink light beer and work it off? Or should I just take one off? I am eating roughly 1000 cals a day normally, when advised should be 1900. Can I work it off the next day or compensate by eating less on that day?

Going to Sams today
I am going to Sam's today and I was wondering if you all could give any suggestions to what needs to be in my fridge/pantry. So far on my list I have Raisins, Cod Filets, Salmon Filets, Spinach, Apple and Oranges.Do you all have any suggestions of food or snacks you always keep around?

Not meeting Calorie Goal
Hello, I am new here and I am on the my fitnesspal. I am eating roughly 900 calories a day. BFast- Oatmeal (100 Cals) 3 to 5 cups of green tea in the morning. Lunch- Salad with Lite French dress, no meats.(200) Snack- Orange (70) Dinner- a Protein and something green or soup.(600 to 700) I am a walker and usually walk…
