Here from KY

Hello,

I posted a couple topics already, but haven't introduced myself. I am 27 years old from KY. I always wanted to lose weight, but could never stick on a plan. The largest I ever saw a scale was 336 in Nov of 2011.

Through minor changes (getting a dog, having a healthy roommate), I went to the doctor last week and the scale read 290. After seeing that, I am now motivated that a change can happen.

I am a walker, and try to lift weights a couple days a week. The hard part is my impatience. I want results, which is my downfall. I do not want to burn out and feel now is the time in my life to make this change for good.
