I sat on my couch eating brownies and making 2 babies for the last 3 years. I decided to do a 5k out of the blue a month ago. I trained for a month and finished my first 5k this morning. My food log has me over goal for all protein. Is that benificial to my weight loss goals or should I try to stick to the recommended food log goals?

Exercise after c-sections
I used to work out hard core and know what needs to be done to get into amazing shape. My c-section scars hurt so bad when I do any abdominal exercises or stretches. It makes me afraid to do anything strenuous. I am 8 months post my last op. should I just push through the pain or remain cautious?
