Exercise after c-sections

I used to work out hard core and know what needs to be done to get into amazing shape. My c-section scars hurt so bad when I do any abdominal exercises or stretches. It makes me afraid to do anything strenuous. I am 8 months post my last op. should I just push through the pain or remain cautious?

Have you told your doctor about the pain? Did they tell you what sort of exercises you can start doing safely?0

You should check with your doctor. My sister also had a lot of pain after her c-section and wasnt able to exercise for almost a year and a half. But when I had my c- sections I was exercising 4 months later and nothing hurt.0

I've just started exercising now my baby is 13 years old:laugh: (Not really, I did do excercise before, just not recently ) I just want to get rid of the stupid saggy bit.0
